Building Operations, LLC is a commercial real estate advisory firm with over 20 years’ experience of successfully managing, operating, and developing real estate for our clients. Serving real estate markets in areas such as Boston, Chicago, Connecticut, North and South Carolina, Naples and Sarasota Florida, California and Arizona Building Operations, LLC has developed, managed and re-positioned millions of square feet of commercial office, retail, clinical and medical office space. Working in conjunction with privately held real estate investment funds and individual clients, Building Operations analyzes all facets of commercial real estate, developing integrated solutions to maximize the value-added benefits for our clients.

Understanding how real estate impacts a client’s core business is fundamental. Designing and managing buildings and their systems is an integral part of a business’s success. Building Operations, LLCs role in the strategic planning process allows clients to make sound operational decisions supporting their core business while making value-add real estate decisions.

The Management Team

Brian Bishop, Principal

Brian is the Founder of Building Operations, LLC. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate management and development experience. He oversees the firm’s property management and operations activities and directs all facets of development, due diligence and construction. Brian leads the pursuit in identifying and evaluating opportunities to maximize value for our clients.

Brian earned a B.A. in Business Management and Psychology at Assumption College in Worcester, MA.

K Bishop

Kristen Bishop, Controller

With over 25 years of accounting experience, Kristen oversees the firm’s financial operations as well as client accounting services. She manages our software platform that includes: Procore, YARDI Premier, QuickBooks and Angus Anywhere.

Kristen holds a B.S. in Accounting from UMass Dartmouth and a M.S. in Taxation from Northeastern University.

Cameron Oliviera, Managing Director

Cameron joined Building Operations in September 2021. Cameron has an extensive construction management background having worked for J&J Contractors and Elaine Construction. His responsibilities as Managing Director include construction management, owner’s project management, property management and consulting.

Cameron is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). He received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
